Ovulation?

How long before your temp peak do you ovulate? Ive heard different things some say you ovulate once your temp peaks and some say just before. Im abit confused. I dont do OPKs so i personal dont know. Any advice on this would be great.

Answer

The day before your temps rise and are sustained above your previous temps. This is my current chart and the red cross hairs pinpoint ovulation.
