Go to your doctor for a test to be sure,  but I'd say that's a yes.  False negatives are pretty common, but false positives aren't.

I'd say you're definitely pregnant. False negatives are pretty common if you did the test wrong, or maybe the test could've been out of date! Good luck to you!!
