Bloat gone stomach gone

I had a lot of bloat since I found out I was pregnant but now I'm 13/14 weeks and my stomach is gone back to normal. I still have sore boobs, nausea and sickness but starting to have a horrible feeling my baby is no longer there. Was at docs on Thursday and they said there was blood in urine which u can't see just on the strip test and put me on bedrest until today. I'm sitting in docs again now but so scared. Anyone else have similar feelings/symptoms?
