Measuring 1 1/2 weeks ahead! Breech baby and placenta prevera

Andrea • This is my third pregnancy with severe hyperemersis! I'm looking forward to not throwing up every single day!!!!
So I had my scan today I'm measuring big as is baby he's also breech and can't get his head down as my placenta is covering cervix is anyone else experiencing this? 
Here he is covering his face and pouting!
