When did you guys have/ make your first appointment with the do?!

I jus found out yesterday that I'm pregnant and I'm wondering how soon after did you ladies make an appointment

I took a test Friday morning and called as soon as they opened. I had two miscarriages last year and they wanted to start me on progesterone as soon as possible. As long as I don't start bleeding I have an appt July 6 at 6wks and 3 days to get my first u/s. I'm hoping to hear that little heartbeat!

I called a week ago to get my appointment. I'll be about 7 weeks when I get my blood drawn and see the nurse. The ultrasound and doctors appointment will be July 5th. That'll make for a long Fourth of July!

I found out I was pregnant on a Sunday then called Monday to make an appointment. My dr usually won't make an appointment until week 11. I got one for when I should be 10 weeks. (I say should because I think I ovulated late and I'm about 5 weeks, so I'll be about 9 weeks). So call right away, especially because it's hard to get into some places.

Go to the doctor as soon as possible, just to confirm the pregnant and/or get a blood test. After that, they will most likely set an appointment for your 8 week sono. Congrats!

I found out a little over a week ago. Was in denial. Called yesterday my first appointment is Monday morning for a sit down and bloodwork. I'll be 6 weeks.

I was surprised that they wouldn't take me in right away :/ This is my 2nd pregnancy after 10 years.. I'm only 5 1/2 weeks along and they want me to wait until I'm at least 10 weeks to come in.

I found out on the 19th made my appt on the 20th its not till Aug 1st so long away

I found out yesterday, going in tomorrow for scan referral as I have had a previous ectopic & need to make sure my baby isn't trying to kill me

Some drs are willing to take you in sooner if you have medical conditions. Some drs do not. It really depends on the drs and you.

I called them as soon as I had a positive test. Every doctor is different and it's better to call them ASAP so they can guide you on when they want to see you.
