Having issues getting pregnant

So I went for MRI for my back and thy found cyst , so my doctor sent me to get ultrasound the findings where 7-8 cm cyst and I have hydrosalpinx which is blockages in my left Fallopian tube which i have fluid Build up and 2 small uterine fibroids ! I have been trying to get pregnant for year now and I guess this is the reason why , one doctor said wait and come back in a 8 weeks so see if it's all gone away , which I don't think it will bc th pain I have in my left lower abdomen is really bad 24/7 ! I just feel so tried and drained some days !! My reg Doctor hasn't answered my email Bc I want answer and def don't wanna wait 8 more weeks what if it effects my chances of every having again  child ! My child now is 12 ! I dk what to do ??? Does anyone else have these issues or have some advice
