Nervous, scared, ahhh. Diagnosed with PCOS

They are calling it Polycystic Ovarian Disease.. Any advice or words of wisdom you ladies have would be amazing! None of it makes sense but then it does. I've gained almost 20 lbs in the past year which is not normal especially planning a wedding, and cramps. The cramps just got really bad this week so they did an ultrasound. Last year I had what they called endometrial cancer where they cut a little chuck off the bottom of my Cervix and all margins have been clean ever since. One thing I read was people with PCOS have more risk of endometrial cancer, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. So maybe I've had this a while and it caused the cancer last year? Why didn't they see I had this then? I have a million things running through my head Waiting for University doctor to call me so I know what the next step is. Blahhhh I never had any of this with my son, he's 5.
