I got the step by step hypnobirthing audio book from amazon (if you sign up for a free 3 mo trial of their app "Audible" you can get this book for free). It has been helpful. I listen to it in the car. I have the same birth goals :)

My friend just gave me this yesterday. She read it for her second as she has a c section first time. She said without a doubt it got her through the natural birth.

I'm reading this book and continue guided meditation daily (kept this practice up for years prior to being pregnant). I don't have a goal to do all natural but who knows, maybe with this I will?!

I have a friend who did it with both her babies and she swears by it. Her first baby was an all natural water/hypnobirth and the whole labor and delivery process only lasted 5 hours for her.

I'm right there with you! I downloaded a couple of apps (they did cost a few bucks, but so far totally worth it) and they feel pretty akin to guided meditations, but worst case scenario, I'm already calmer and feel more in control of things. Sometimes I fall asleep listening to them, which is a win even if I miss the "consciously aware" parts.

I have been researching hypnobirth myself! I got the book "the calm birthing school" and have been thinking of doing the classes online for the calm birth school as well.
