Antibiotics?

I am miserable. I'm almost 41 weeks and I have an AWFUL sinus infection plus a dbl ear infection. Is it safe to take antibiotics ? I really want her out before I do..but then again I'll be all germy. ADVICE PLEASE!

I'm currently on antibiotics due to a UTI (my body decided to be lovely and get one at 40+3). My doctor wouldn't have prescribed them if the risk was great to the baby, and you don't want to be more uncomfortable during labor than you already will be so go for it!
