So when do you actually ovulate?

So I see everyone saying _ days post ovulation(DPO)  I got a +opk on 6/8.   I always take on the day after to make sure. So on 6/9 it was -opk.  So my question is how do you know when you actually O'd?  I know it "says" 24-48 hours after a +opk but how do you pinpoint your calculation?

You would need the clearblue version with the peak, high and low to tell you. However you should BD leading up to ovulation (day before) then during peak and also AFTER you ovulate. Your egg that dropped will be in you 12-24 hours AFTER your ovulation ends. This still gives you time to give more sperm a chance.

Glow started my fertile window on the day I had a +opk...but Ovia had my window start on 6/4...

I buy opk strips in bulk.  I bought clear blue digital this month too.  Got a happy face the 2nd day I used it and confirmation with the strip.  I normally test 2-3 times a day with the strips. AF due Sat.... Fingers crossed.

Good question most people tempt as well so they find out that way i had a positive yesterday so im wondering the same thing
