I got my IUD last year and I'm starting to get freaked out by the lack of periods! They come about every other month and they last for a day or 2 and are super light. I know that with the mirena they might eventually go away but it still freaks me out a little! I even bought pregnancy tests because even with the IUD and using condoms I get nervous when my period is late/nonexistent. Anyone who's had an IUD for a good amount of time - do you eventually get used to this or does freaking out just become a ritual for once a month lol
