I feel like crap all the time lately

So I have pregnancy hypertension. My blood pressure is always on the high side even with taking my medicine. I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. Saturday I had contractions all day 3-6 min apart. Went to L&D they said I was in early labor and sent me home. I continued to have contractions til about 10 am sunday. All day Sunday my blood pressure was high. My head was both in me, I felt like I was gonna pass out, when I stand I'd feel dizzy. I also had super swollen feet and hands to the point they itched and hurt so bad. Idk what to do. :( I'm so done.
