VITEX.... HAVE YOU TRIED IT?
So I've always had irregular periods and they have only been normal once or twice after having both my children, we'll now I haven't had one since February and heard about this herb called : VITEX which I hear has helped people with their irregular periods , my question is has anyone else tried this and if so how did it work?
