After trying to convince for 4 years with pocs I think I am pregnant

So tomorrow I am supposed to get my period but have been over tired boobs hurt and feel sick to stomach. So I tested today and got a bfp almost immediately after peeing on the stick. I have been trying for 4 years. I am so excited. Should I take another test. Omg I am so excited.
