Gross Pic! Sorry!

I am 2 weeks post partum..

The other night I felt so faint and weak. My arms went limp and numb.. then my head just fell back. I couldn't talk. My husband was freaking out. He held me until I became aware again. I am anemic and take iron twice daily. I am also breastfeeding. I have been bleeding obsessively this week. Today I have clots coming out everytime I use the restroom. Sanitary pads are soaked in an hour. Do I need to go to the Ob-gyn or hospital? Or is this normal?
