Have you experienced Braxton hicks yet?

I experienced them today (15 weeks, two days). I had to ask someone who has four kids because I doubted I could actually have them this early!

What did it feel like? I'm sure all the FTMs in here are wondering haha. I was reading that they can start happening any time now. I'm 15+1 today.

Your uterus actually does contract regularly but when it's small, it's not as noticeable. It's when you're all stretched towards the end that you'll notice more Braxton Hicks type contraction. It's a tightening feeling but not painful.

I have had one contraction early on also. I never got them that early before either so it was a bit odd to say the least. Our bodies are just preparing for an easy labor, or so I hope. :P

How long did it last? Think i may have felt these but may just have been stretching (first pregnancy everything is a guess!!)
