What's the rough timeline for a first cycle after miscarriage? I miscarried right at 12 weeks and according to glow I'm in my 6th week after with no signs of a cycle. I do have pcos that honestly causes me not to have cycles. I only got pregnant because I did a few months of birth control and times it right after my final pack, I'm surprised it even worked really. We do want to try as soon as possible and it would be nice to have a cycle to go off of but the waiting for it is killing me. We've been fairly active since the bleeding stopped but I haven't even had signs of possible ovulation unless I missed it somehow.
