Trigger shot question
Did a trigger shot earlier this month and I just started my period today. Im pretty consistently a 32 day cycle, but today's period came early which made my cycle a 28 day cycle (first time in a year and a half of tracking that my cycle has been less than 32 days). I figure the shortened cycle must be related to the trigger shot.
Now to my question...has your trigger shot ever shortened your follicular phase? Did you ovulate quicker the next cycle? I'm so nervous about getting the timing right this next try and just want to see what other experiences were like after a trigger. I just had a trigger. No other medications.
