Irregular cycle
I have no health insurance right now OR money to go to the doctor, and my period has been crazy again lately. I've had problems for years, and it's like at least once a year it gets so off that I bleed heavily, way more than normal, or for way longer. Even when I'm not on my actual period, sometimes I will start spotting after sex.
Any suggestions on what I can do or maybe something I can take to help regulate me? Other than birth control. That hasn't really worked for me in the past so I stopped taking it a long time ago.
