Has any1 had a miscarriage with bleeding and clots but without any pain or cramps?

I'm almost sure I'm having a miscarriage. This morning I started bleeding(spotting). No cramps at all. I later down for about a hour this afternoon, got up to use the bathroom an there was tiny clots in the toilet. Still no cramps. Now I'm still only spotting. I'm so heart broken. We have been TTC for a year and 8 months, this being the only pregnancy :( I'm am 6w3d I went to the hospital earlier also and they couldn't determine if I had miscarried at the time (before the clots). My hcg levels were 156. They couldn't even tell me if that's a good number. I'm so heart broken

Yes 😔 I didn't have any pain until I really started bleeding heavily. I spotted and bled some for a week and a half prior to the pain. So sorry.

I have unfortunately had three. My natural miscarriage around 6 weeks was crampy just like a period but nothing more. My other two I went the prescription route and it was excruciating.
