Trying to get pregnant!

Hello! I'm new here and I just wanna hear anyone's opinion. I've been trying to conceive for about a year now and both me and my partner are really losing faith. Not only bc I've had multiple miscarriages but just the fact that we have not yet had a sticky baby. We want a baby, we're both ready. I'm started to get worried bc I feel as tho I can't have kids. I've gone to the doctor and did test and they say everything is fine. But this month I miscarried .. 💔😞 sadly. I just need advice.
