My friend is throwing me a baby shower, and I wanted it to be before August because I don't want to have it while I'm back at work and super busy. I also wanted to have time to organize and prepare before I go back to work. (I'm a teacher). It is set for July 16, which puts me at 25 weeks. I feel like that is super early. Even though I know she's following my request, I'm a little disappointed, but thankful she's throwing it for me. I was kindve thinking she'd wait until July 30 or so. I shouldn't feel bad about it, but I won't be showing much more than now, and I'm thinking people may think it's rushed. Am I being irrational?
