Preventing miscarriage?

Question

Have any of you ladies had a miscarriage before and did anything different next time to help prevent another miscarriage? I've gone through 2 miscarriages so far and we are trying again this month. Any advice helps! Thanks!

I had 2, 6 months apart and never knew why. But this 3rd time I was put on progesterone and I'm now 12 weeks  ♡ good luck

Did your doctor's say anything as to why they may have happened? Sorry for your losses.

A miscarriage typically occurs because of a developmental issue in the embryo. It's sad but there's nothing you can really do to prevent it.  If you haven't already though try to get  your body in pregnancy mode. Eat healthy, work out, stay calm, etc. The less you stress you have the  healthier you'll be which will help with conceiveing 😊
