Is it normal to spot pink 11 weeks pregnant after sex (tmi)?

I've never spotted at all this pregnancy. We just had sex and when I went to the bathroom there was a moderate amount of pink spotting and I'm a little crampy. I've had a miscarriage before so I'm really worrying!
