How should i exercise??
I'm 15, about 16 and I'm 5`2, 138 lbs. I don't want to call myself fat because I'm not but i would call myself on the curvy side and I know that's not a bad body shape and I do have quite a bit a muscle but I always feel like I'm have too much 'extra' fat. I have more in my thighs and butt and a tid bit in my belly and I want to tone up while keeping by body type. Would y'all help me??
