Diastasis Recti

So it's a thing that can happen when you're pregnant... anyone know of any excercise and tips that can prevent this? I checked and I have started separating... I'd say about a finger tip a little more than 1 cm... I lift heavy at work and didn't think about the possibility it could happen so early on until a coworker mentioned it: she said she'd had it with her first two and then went to a clinic to avoid it/ fix it when she'd had her third...
