Missing Symptoms

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days.   I have tender breasts (mostly my nipples) I'm constipated (sorry, this is about to get really sexy hahha) I wake up between 3-5 most nights and can't go back to sleep.   And I have some food aversions.   But I'm not having those major symptoms it seems most pregnant ladies have (nausea, heightened sense of smell, and frequent urination). Anyone else similar out there?
