Spoting

I'm only 5w3d and I started spoting today. I went to the doctors and they said everything looks good and is in the right places, but given that I'm spitting in at a risk for a miscarriage. My bleeding has more or less stopped, but still scary. She could see the heartbeat since I'm still so early. I feel like I've got to hold my breath for the next two weeks until my next appt where they will hopefully see the heartbeat.
