Phantom symptoms

Hi, this might sound weird but me and my other half are TTC and want a baby so bad. I feel pregnant I have nausea, slight stomach cramps, random cravings etc but I have done a few pregnancy tests and all been negative. Sometimes I can see a faint line but other half can't see anything. Could this just be because I'm desperate to be pregnant? Thanks X
