Only one mature follicle! IUI#2

FGM • TTC #2 at 42. Wishing everyone sticky and healthy baby dust!
So, I made one 22MM follicle on the right ovary and three small ones (that don't count) on the left. Lining looks great. Received the trigger shot today.
Doc was OK to proceed with what she calls a super follicle. <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> is scheduled for tomorrow. 
Any of you ever proceeded with only one mature follicle?!  If so, we're you successful? Thanks -
