Help me!!

So yesterday I had sex with a guy and we used a condom but I'm sure some semen got on me because he rubbed up me bare, anyways I took the morning after pill this morning. Basically all I'm asking is will this be enough or should I buy a pregnancy test just incase? Freaking out
