Itchy and sore :(

We had sex for the first time in a while on Saturday night, today I am STILL sore and now itchy down there too. It wasn't even that rough of sex!

I don't have any weird discharge and I don't smell different than normal, so I don't think it's a yeast infection, and neither of us have any kind of STDs.

Any thoughts? I took a hot bath yesterday to help with the soreness and also put a dab of coconut oil down there to try and ease the itchiness but neither worked 😞
