I had been ttc for 10yrs. My fertility specialist told me to stop using lube altogether because they cause more harm then good and even sperm friendly ones are not that great. The first month i stopped using it i fell. I think preeseed and conceive plus are ok but we used conceive plus it done nothing for us. Try stopping it and seeing what happens you never know it worked for us.

Normal lube does. Use one for ttc, like preseed or conceive plus.
