Constant brown spotting and doctor unconcerned

Hi All!

I'm currently 9 w 3 d with twins. I just returned from a week in Europe. While I was there, I started having brown spotting. The night before we left, I had bright red blood when I wiped. Scared me enough that I went to the ER.

The hospital was pretty primitive. They cleared me to fly. I went to my own doctor when we returned. She did an exam and ultrasound. Said I looked fine and that was it.

I still have brown spotting for 6 days now. "You're fine" doesn't seem to be reassuring to me. Anyone else go through this?
