Changed formula brands and baby doesn't like the taste

I need to change brands of formula for my eight month old. She was formula-fed since birth. The switch has bee slow...first 1/4 new formula, then half, then 3/4. All was going well for the past week. Then today I gave her all new formula and it's clear that she doesn't like the taste. She barely ate one bottle. Then for her next bottle she ate the entire thing. Now for her third bottle of the day she has barely had anything.
