Lightning won't stop 😢

I've been having what they call lighting aka that stabbing feeling in your vagina, for the past few weeks but today it's been consistent. I can't walk more than a few steps without it happening and even when I'm just sitting down. I'm currently 37w3d and don't have another appointment for two days. Last night I was really crampy too.

Think I'm just progressing or should I be concerned?
