Can pcos cause a false positive???

No it's impossible for pcos to give you a false positive. The test looks specifically for the pregnancy hormone and that's not a hormone women with pcos will produce without actually being pregnant. At least that's what I've read in the many medical books that I own. If you are pregnant, congrats!!!!!

Not that I am aware of and i am also in the same situation as you after having a few symptoms which to begin with I just ignored as I get similar with my PCOS but after the smell of food completely turning my stomach I did a test just to ease my mind and got a very surprising result. A huge congratulations to you lovely.

Not that I know of. If your unsure retest. If you want a baby I would head to the doctor because you might have just got lucky. If so congrats!!

Normally with PCOS you will not receive a false positive, because your body won't produce pregnancy hormones unless you are pregnant. Therefore congratulations!
