Less carbs and more protein
So I was just at my 30 week check up and I've gained about 30lbs so far. I'm not too impressed with it either. I gained 65 with my daughter so I've been trying Very hard not to gain much this time. I usually eat 5 fruits and a large dish of veggies a day along with a normal to lighter lunch. Supper we eat pretty good and I may have a bedtime snack! But she recommends less carbs and more protein. Does anyone have any ideas what kind of protein I can eat?! I used to drink shakes when I was on a diet but I'm not dieting and they don't fill me up anymore.
