5 week ultrasound PLEASE RESPOND IF YOUVE BEEN HERE

Everything I'm reading is telling me that by 4 weeks, you're supposed to be able to see a gestational sac at least (no not the baby, no not the yolk sac) at least the sac! Why was my ultrasound empty if I'm supposed to be 5 weeks and 3 days??????? Why was my ob not worried???? Why won't she just TELL me things don't look good instead of giving me this false hope??? I have bad feelings about this pregnancy and all this "come back in two weeks" crap is killing me!!!! (Not to mention that my doctor clearly didn't read my blood test results because she said if she knew my hcg was only 100 last Monday, we would've rescheduled.) but regardless, even at 4 weeks there should be a sac.
