Good chance?

I've been having creamy discharge since after I ovulated! I'm 5dpo and I don't ever have this much cm.. I've also been expiriencing what seems to me to be 'round ligament' pain (I had it with my daughter) but I thinks way to early to be feeling this type of pain??

Also I'm having tender boobs (not usual for me)

Would you consider this a good sign?
