Will drinking while ovulating hurt my chances while TTC?!

Question

So I just got a positive ovulation test saying I've had the LH surge. I've also had a REALLY shitty day and want a glass of wine or champagne. Should I drink it or will it affect our chances of conceiving? I know plenty of people who have gotten pregnant unintentionally while drinking but we all know it doesn't quite work that way when you're actually tying....

I was trying for over 2years, started fertility treatment for 5 months. Decided we needed a break, so went on vacation for 2 month and i literally got drunk every single night. Came back from vacation and 2 weeks later found out i was pregnant. So no i dont think it hurts too much at least

A friend of mine was doing IVF nothing was working and she went out had a couple glasses of wine came home and done the BD and she got preganant dr said it relaxed her enough to conceive
