Preggo sister in law

So my sister in law is pregnant! Yay! About 3 months behind me. She lives in a different state so she doesn't get as much attention from the family as I do (since I live close to them) and has mentioned she's feeling kind of like everyone isn't as excited for her. Before we knew she was pregnant she flew out to throw me a gender reveal party and was so amazing and made me feel so special and loved. I'd really like to do something for her to make her feel that way too but flying out there isn't an option because of how pregnant I'll be. So any suggestions of cute ideas I could do to help her feel super loved and excited?!
