Odd period...

So I had my period the 21st to the 23rd which three days is my norm... my period is usually really heavy the first day then dies down the next two days to nothing.... what's odd is this time my period was like nothing... like I could have left the same tampon in all day but I would change it when I peed (sorry if too descriptive). But I don't feel any different (the bf did get me sick though to my upper neck hurts and I have a headache cold and cough but that's all the last two days)... nothing pregnancy related... what do you think
