Wanting something else

I have been with my bf for 10 months and within those months hes cheated on me kicked me out with my daughter. But came to realize no other female wants to be with him upon that came back to me. Then dumbed me again, but i gave up everything so i have nowhere else to live with my daughter, so he allows me to stay, but calls me a loser and says thats why my family doesn't want me. So i started going on dating websites and i meet this guy that has goals and he seems welly put together.. we exchange numbers. I'm scared about the actions to take with my ex and what hes going to do.. i desperately need someones option
