Help !! Sciatic nerve pain 😰😰
I am only 24 weeks but I have always had pain from sciatic nerve, today I am at the point where I can't walk! I need help! I can't get up from my bed from crying any tips or exercises - I tried everything my doc has giving me - should I run to the ER ? I am traveling to Puerto Rico tomorrow morning!
