Bleeding

Okay so me and my fiancé ending up having sex tonight and in the middle of it I started bleeding out of no where it couldn't be my period because I just had it but him and I also had sex on my period. I couldn't have tore something because I would be in pain. There also wasn't much blood as well it was just a little bit of blood and then when I went pee it was just spotting. So I'm stuck on what I should do if I should go to the doctor to get it checked out. If you guys know anything about what it could possibly be let me know!
