Staying fit

So today I'm 4wk2ds and decided to hit the gym. Didn't go too hard just 30mins on the treadmill at a incline of 3.0 and a speed of 3.5 followed by 10 mins on the bike. Felt good to get a workout in. Any other mommies to be staying active while expecting? I have my first prenatal appt next Tuesday on 6/28 I'll be 5wks2ds I'll be asking my OB what I can and can't do while working out. I plan to workout atleast 5days a week for 30-40mins. I made sure to drink plenty of water and paid attention to my body to make sure I wasn't over doing it. 
If anyone has any tips that would be great :)
