Baby blowing bubbles??

I'm 39w1d and it feels like baby is blowing bubbles in my pelvic area? Like I feel them where my public hair would be.. Super low. She's also moving a TON tonight which makes me nervous. Like what if she's uncomfortable or something. Idk

I get that too like a gurgling aound thats NOT coming from my stomach..also sometimes i get a constant pulsing that lasts a couple of minutes i think maybe she has hiccups or practice breathing (eho knows) but as long as baby moves as normal u should be fine.
