How long is awhile? My first baby took over two years to conceive. Once we hit the two year mark I went to a doctor for tests and I had endometriosis. I had surgery to burn this away and four months later I got pregnant. 
Are you tracking ovulation? Taking anything to increase chances? Do you have regular periods?
