So yesterday I finally started having sex again after 2 months (with the same person of course) but later in I realized I was bleeding like I lost my virginity all over again what's wrong ?

You didn't re-virginize. It's just that when you lose your virginity, your vagina is stretched and torn a bit, so because you took a couple months break from sex, those tears healed, the  reopened. Nothing to freak out about, it's not uncommon for sex to be painful and cause bleeding for the first few times.
